These terms govern your use of thegrove.media, quill.thegrove.media, and any other website operated by TheGrove AI, LLC under the TheGrove Studio name. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What this site is
TheGrove Studio publishes three shows: The Quill, The Little Feather, and Human in the Loop. This website is an informational catalogue of that work - descriptions of each show, links to where episodes can be watched or listened to, and published performance figures. It is provided free of charge, for personal, non-commercial use.
There is nothing to sign up for. This site has no user accounts, no subscriptions, no payments, and no user-submitted content. Nothing here asks you for personal information.
Content and intellectual property
The shows, episodes, scripts, artwork, logos, and written material published by TheGrove Studio are the property of TheGrove AI, LLC or its licensors, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may link to this site and share our episodes through the platforms that host them. You may not copy, republish, redistribute, or create derivative works from our content, or use our names or logos to suggest an affiliation or endorsement that does not exist, without our written permission.
The Little Feather is unofficial fan-made work. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Nintendo, Game Freak, Creatures Inc., or The Pokémon Company, and all trademarks referenced in it remain the property of their respective owners.
Third-party platforms and links
Our episodes are hosted and distributed by third parties, including YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. This site links to them. We do not control those platforms, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, not ours. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.
Connected accounts and platform data
TheGrove Studio operates internal tooling that connects, with our own authorization, to social media accounts that TheGrove AI, LLC owns, in order to read performance data about our own published episodes. This tooling is not offered to the public and provides no service to visitors of this site. Our handling of the data it retrieves is described in the Privacy Policy. Where we access a platform's API, we do so subject to that platform's developer terms, and we may lose or change that access if the platform's terms or availability change.
Accuracy and availability
We publish this site in good faith and try to keep it correct and current, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors or that it will be available without interruption. Published figures such as view counts are drawn from third-party platforms, are refreshed periodically rather than in real time, and may lag or differ from what those platforms display. Historical content in our episodes is researched and sourced, but it is storytelling, not scholarship, and should not be relied upon as professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.
Acceptable use
Do not use this site to break the law, to attempt unauthorized access to our systems or anyone else's, to scrape or overload it in a way that degrades service for others, or to misrepresent your relationship with TheGrove AI, LLC.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
This site and its content are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TheGrove AI, LLC and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising out of your use of or inability to use this site.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the studio's work changes. The revision date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from them will be brought in the state or federal courts located in the State of Georgia.
